Summary: Sip and Dream was the perfect place to stay for a recent family gathering. Abby was the best host! She gave us lots of great insight on places to eat and shop and was always there to answer our questions. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this VRBO again the next time we stay in Manchester!

Summary: Excellent communication with property owner; home is cozy and well kept. Plenty of hot water and beds are very comfortable. Location is just a block off Main Street and is very walkable to nearby restaurants. Highly recommend

Summary: Everything about this stay was wonderful. The host had thought about everything we could possibly need before we got there, and she even read between the lines when we reached out and offered help we needed before we asked for it. It was clean, easy to navigate, right in the center of town and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.

Summary: This place was great! The little town was perfect. Nice and quiet but plenty of food options for us. We stayed here while playing in the field of dreams baseball tournament. It was a super easy drive to the ball fields in dyersville. Abby was a ton of help with my booking. She was always quick to respond and help when I had questions. Don’t pass up the food at river bend pub and grill!
